Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Scope of the policy and the products or services it covers
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all payments made for courses and related services offered by verifly. These include professional training programmes focused on video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and the creation of reliable high-quality feeds for news programmes and television broadcasting. The policy covers one-time course purchases, subscription-based access to modules, live workshops and associated digital materials. It does not apply to third-party services or physical goods purchased separately.
Prices, currencies, taxes, and any additional charges
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate is included in the displayed price. Additional charges such as transaction fees from payment providers or currency conversion fees may apply if you choose a non-GBP payment method. verifly reserves the right to adjust prices for new enrolments; existing confirmed bookings remain at the price agreed at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods, payment authorisation, and payment security
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and approved digital wallets. Payment is authorised at the point of booking. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. verifly does not store full card details. Authorisation may be declined for reasons including insufficient funds or suspected fraud, in which case you will be notified immediately.
Order, booking, or service confirmation and when a contract is formed
A contract is formed when you receive a confirmation email following successful payment. This email summarises the course details, access instructions and total amount paid. Until this confirmation is issued, no contract exists and any provisional reservation may be cancelled without liability.
Cancellation rights and applicable cancellation periods
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 calendar days from the date of confirmation to cancel most distance contracts. This right does not apply once digital content has begun to be delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel will be lost. Live sessions and customised training packages are non-cancellable after the 14-day period or once delivery has started.
Refund eligibility, exclusions, and non-refundable items or services
Refunds are available for cancellations made within the statutory cooling-off period where no content has been accessed. Exclusions include completed modules, downloaded materials, attended live sessions and promotional or discounted bundles. Services already rendered or digital content unlocked are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of verifly.
The step-by-step procedure and information required to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us in writing via the contact form on our Contacts page or by emailing hello@limitlessbroadcast.tv. Include your full name, order reference number, date of purchase and reason for the request. You must also confirm whether any course materials have been accessed. Incomplete requests will be returned for additional information.
Inspection, approval, rejection, and notification of the refund decision
Upon receipt of a complete request, verifly will inspect access logs and usage records within 14 days. You will be notified by email of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed; if rejected, clear reasons will be provided together with any available alternatives such as course credit.
Refund method, processing time, and when funds should reach the customer
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 working days, although bank processing times may extend this to 14 days. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Special rules for digital content, subscriptions, services, or promotional offers where relevant
Digital course content and subscriptions are subject to the exceptions outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once you have started streaming or downloading material you lose the right to cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. Promotional offers carry the same refund rules as standard purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of sale.
Failed payments, duplicate charges, chargebacks, and suspected fraud
Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days to maintain a booking. Duplicate charges identified by our system will be refunded automatically. Chargebacks are investigated and may result in account suspension. Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
Mandatory consumer rights in the target country that the policy cannot exclude
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract. If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
